The Site is intended solely for invited guests. Access is restricted and requires login credentials issued by us.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Access & Accounts

Accounts are created by us for invited guests. We provide a username and an initial password.

You are responsible for:

  • Changing your password after first login
  • Keeping login credentials confidential
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate

We may suspend or remove access at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Upload malicious code
  • Use the Site for commercial purposes
  • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate material

4. User-Generated Content

The Site includes a guestbook and a social-style feed.

By posting content, you agree:

We may remove content at our discretion.

6. Security

Passwords are stored using salted hashing. We do not store plaintext passwords. Initial passwords are communicated to guests via a channel chosen by us (e.g., email, SMS, or messaging) and remain valid until changed by the guest or reset.

Passwords expire within 6 months of account creation.

No online system can be guaranteed fully secure. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We recommend using a unique password that you do not reuse on other services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Site is provided “as is”
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
